At MagnePix, every order is custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as a printing error, damage, or the wrong item received—please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your claim and, if the issue is confirmed, MagnePix will gladly remake and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
All MagnePix products are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
