Processing Time

All Magnepix orders are made to order and carefully handcrafted.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may take a bit longer.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

• Economy Shipping – 5–8 business days

• Standard Shipping – 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping – 1–3 business days

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Magnepix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at magnepixllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Magnepix only ships within the United States.
